At Heaven Sent Hair Extensions, we specialize in bringing your wigs back to life with expert restoration and styling. Please review our Wig Revamp Service Policy before booking to ensure a smooth experience.

Processing & Turnaround Time

  • Standard Processing: 7-10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Rush Orders: 3-5 business days (rush fee applies).

What’s Included in Our Revamp Services

✔ Deep Clean & Conditioning – Removes buildup, restores softness, and revives hair health.
✔ Wig Reconstruction – Re-stitching on a new wig cap for a secure and custom fit.
✔ Track Replacement & Reinforcement – Strengthening or replacing loose or missing tracks.
✔ Lace Customization & Revival – Deep cleaning, tinting, or replacement for a seamless blend.
✔ Restyling – Flat iron, curls, layers, or any custom styling request.

Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Prices vary based on the wig’s condition and service needs.

  • Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.

Shipping & Drop-Off

  • Shipping: Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways. A return shipping fee must be paid before your wig is sent back.

Wig Condition & Service Limitations

  • Wigs must be 100% human hair—we do not service synthetic wigs.

  • We do not revamp wigs with severe balding, torn lace beyond repair, or mold/mildew damage. If your wig is deemed unrepairable, we will contact you before proceeding.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once service has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

  • If your wig is unrepairable, a partial refund may be issued (excluding a consultation fee).

Liability Disclaimer

  • We handle all wigs with care, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, shedding, or poor hair quality.

  • If your lace is fragile or compromised, we will do our best to restore it, but longevity cannot be guaranteed.
