Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Time: After processing, shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (only for in-stock items ordered before 12 PM PST)

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Approval Process: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item, and a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the original item.

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.

  • Please double-check your shipping address and product selection before finalizing your order.

Wig Customization & Revamp Services

  • Custom wigs and revamp services are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Processing times vary based on the service requested (refer to our Wig Revamp Policy for details).

Hair Care & Maintenance

To ensure the longevity of your Heaven Sent Hair Extensions, follow these care tips:
✔ Use sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner to maintain softness.
Avoid excessive heat and always use a heat protectant.
✔ Store wigs and bundles in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb or fingers to prevent shedding.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once your package has been shipped, Heaven Sent Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received, check with your local post office and carrier before contacting us.

International Orders

  • We ship worldwide! International orders may take 7-14 business days to arrive.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
